Our client is a global leader in professional networking and career development, empowering millions of people worldwide to connect, grow, and thrive. They are currently seeking a Learning Consultant to deliver engaging, multilingual, instructor-led training designed to help users maximize the value of their solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering both live and on-demand training across products, industry insights, and skill-based content. This hybrid position combines in-person and remote work, supporting flexibility, collaboration, and meaningful impact.
Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?
* Deliver live and on-demand training via multiple formats and technologies.
* Facilitate instructor-led classroom and virtual online training for customers and partners across regions.
* Collaborate with global Customer Learning team to maintain consistent experiences and processes.
* Work closely with internal subject matter experts to gain in-depth knowledge of products and user needs.
* Update and improve training materials based on feedback and evolving business goals.
* Prepare training reports (e.g. weekly progress reports and training summaries).
What do I need?
* 2+ years of experience in Customer Training, Education, or Learning & Development.
* Proven experience delivering ILT and VILT programs.
* Fluency in English and Spanish Language
* Knowledge in adult learning principles, inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.
* Effective communication and public speaking skills
* Familiarity with platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and LMS tools (e.g., Skilljar).
* Experience presenting to diverse, global audiences in virtual and live settings.

This opportunity is an 11-month contract, Hybrid in Dublin, paying up to €56 per annum pro rata.
