ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Account Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the on-site studio, ensuring creative projects are delivered on brief, on time to a high standard of quality, pushing the teams to deliver the best in class work, effective scheduling and trafficking.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

You'll be joining a team who are super passionate about creating and producing the best design. Working with a Dublin team of designers.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

* Experience managing the flow of creative projects through design and artwork, creating timelines, schedules, project plans.
* Resource planning and managing costs and budgets
* Experience managing team data and producing monthly information reports
* Working with a creative studio and managing workflow deadlines while maintain high standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working in the advertising industry
* Strong knowledge of printing procedures and digital workflow
* Assist with identifying incremental opportunities and driving account growth
* Supports the Account Director as needed with management of individual lines of business

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

* Highly organised individual with an eye for detail
* Experience managing and motivating creative teams
* Exposure of working in a client facing capacity, from handling client requests, to taking full and conclusive briefs and delivering to exceed the client's requirements
* Proven ability to manage high volume workload and the pressure that it brings
* Digital Studio coordination experience is highly advantageous as is the understanding of the mechanics of a creative studio
* Ability to work under own initiative to strict and tight deadlines
* Flexible, creative and enthusiastic
* Excellent communication and listening skills, strong administrative skills
