This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care within a healthcare environment where quality, respect, compassion and dignity are at the core of all practice.This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week.Clinical Nurse Specialist – Rapid Cardiac Care (Primary Role)The role involves delivering personalized and individualized care within a multidisciplinary team. It primarily involves work in the acute cardiac assessment clinic, collaboration with consultant cardiologists, the ED unit and the angiography unit, and liaison with general practitioners to promote services.
