As the company expands, we are focused on building a scalable, high‑performing operations team that delivers consistent standards, strong service and an excellent tenant experience across the portfolio.About the RoleArea Managers oversee the operational performance of multiple Clearspace buildings within their assigned portfolio. They provide leadership and guidance to the Operations Team, ensure consistent service delivery across all locations and play a key role in communicating operational priorities and updates to senior management. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Area Manager is central to maintaining service standards, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance and operational consistency across the Clearspace portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Performance & Standards- Oversee day‑to‑day operational performance across multiple buildings- Ensure all locations meet Clearspace standards for service delivery, safety and presentation- Maintain compliance with health & safety legislation and all building regulations- Conduct regular site visits, audits and inspectionsClient Relationship Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the assigned buildings- Manage daily communication and resolve escalated issues or complaints- Build strong, professional client relationships- Support tailored workspace solutions aligned with client needsBuilding Services & Contractor Management- Coordinate core building services including cleaning, security, maintenance and technical support- Ensure operational issues are resolved promptly, effectively and with minimal disruptionPerformance, Sustainability & Reporting- Monitor building performance and operational KPIs- Track sustainability metrics such as energy usage, waste and recycling rates, water consumption and emissions- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate reportingClient Experience & Continuous Improvement- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and overall efficiency- Anticipate and prevent service disruptions before they arise- Support cost‑effective operational solutions without compromising qualityCollaboration & Growth Support- Work closely with the Operations Director to deliver operational strategy- Support the onboarding, mobilisation and stabilisation of new buildings- Collaborate with Area Managers and the wider Operations Team to ensure consistency across the portfolioExperience & Skills- Experience in a property management or facilities‑related role with an understanding of building operations, contractor coordination and maintaining high standards across multiple locations (desirable)- Background in a customer‑facing or service‑led environment, with proven ability to deliver excellent service, build strong client relationships and manage a high volume of daily communication- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, capable of managing competing priorities, multiple buildings and unexpected issues calmly and accurately- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and written formats, with the ability to provide clear updates, manage expectations and influence outcomes when required- High level of administrative accuracy, including record‑keeping, contractor coordination, scheduling inspections and documenting compliance activities- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), with strong Excel capability for reporting, audit tracking, cost management and operational metrics- Solid understanding of health & safety, fire safety, statutory inspections and general building compliance requirements- Highly organised and able to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment- Process‑driven and consistent, with a strong commitment to Clearspace operational standards and procedures- Full clean driving licence (desirable)Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Real Estate
