Role Overview
This is a senior-level position suited to a highly motivated architect with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional design. You'll be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept development to on-site delivery, and will play a key role in mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project success.
Prepare planning applications, tender packages, and detailed construction drawings.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
Contribute to studio-wide design direction and innovation.
Candidate Requirements
RIAI-registered Architect with 8 years of post-qualification experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence across residential and hospitality sectors.
In-depth knowledge of Irish planning and building regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; Revit experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
