Role Description
This full-time, on-site position based in Waterford is suited for an Apprentice or Qualified Estate Agent. The role involves managing property sales, leasing, and valuations, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibilities include assisting clients with property viewings, liaising with both buyers and sellers, managing property listings, and providing market insights to guide clients in their decisions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering trust and achieving optimal outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
* Experience or knowledge in Estate Agency and Residential Real Estate
* Strong proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients
* Skills in Property Management and Sales, with a proven track record being an advantage
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with local property markets and trends in Waterford
* PSRA license or the ability to qualify for one is advantageous
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a desire for personal and professional growth
