As a seasoned leader, you will build and grow high-performing teams through talent management, diversity and inclusion, coaching, and career development. Your expertise will drive sales execution, lead teams to identify new opportunities, and bring impactful industry insights into customer engagements.
Sales Excellence
You will develop customer satisfaction long-term strategies, guide teams in whitespace analysis, participate in regular strategic planning for the territory, review plans via meetings, and align team plans across departments. Ensure teams meet sales targets and operational standards, maintain health metrics within the territory, mentor and coach teams on sales and product knowledge, and ensure training and certifications are completed.
Qualifications
* Extensive technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND several years of relevant experience.
* Cybersecurity industry experience and proven seller coaching experience preferred.
