We are seeking a Senior Procurement Administrator to manage day to day purchasing, monitor inbound purchase orders, and support internal jobs and production activities.Key ResponsibilitiesRaise, manage, and monitor purchase ordersTrack inbound POs, lead times, deliveries, and backordersSupport internal jobs/work orders by ensuring materials and services are availableLiaise with suppliers to resolve delivery or availability issuesEnsure accurate goods receipt and PO documentationMaintain supplier and item data within the ERP systemSupport invoice matching and purchasing reportsWork closely with Operations, Production, and Engineering team.RequirementsExperience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administrationStrong experience managing purchase orders and inbound deliveriesERP experience (manufacturing or engineering environment preferred)Highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator with suppliers and internal teamsAble to work independently and take ownership of tasksRole ScopeHands on purchasing and inbound PO monitoringJob and production support roleAdhoc administrative dutiesReportingJob Type: Full-timePay: €37,000.00-€40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionOn-site parkingExperience:Purchasing: 3 years (preferred)Language:English (required)Location:Wexford, County Wexford (preferred)Work Location: In person
