We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of premises and campus services, supporting all activities across various university sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the management of facilities and services within a department
* Ensure seamless delivery of premises and campus services
* Oversee front-line maintenance, housekeeping, day-time janitorial, and attendant services
* Manage security services, litter and waste management, pest control, logistics, landscaping, and grounds maintenance
* Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives
Requirements:
* Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and resolve problems
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in facilities management
