Job Purpose
* This role is to create and manage MBR, GMBR, PVL, PMBR, and ESP in PAS-X, and to manage PAS-X master data, as required by the business.
* The role reports to the Innovation and Technical Director
Key Responsibilities :
* Creation of processes in PAS-X to support manufacturing and cleaning processes, as required by the business.
* To provide technical review, testing and approval of designed processes in PAS-X, created by other MBR Designers, including:
o Validating the accuracy of the MBR design,
o Ensuring the design accurately reflects process
o Testing as required
o Verifying critical attributes and critical process parameters
o To ensure required changes are captured appropriately
* Manage master data in PAS-X.
* Provide first level technical support to PAS-X users on site.
* Troubleshooting MBRs, system configuration, and resolve technical production issues in PAS-X, Middleware, and MERP providing day-to-day technical support and serving as a PAS-X subject matter expert.
* Provide effective communication and drive resolution of issues by escalation/facilitation with CORE, Werum, Middleware Team, MERP, and other IT systems.
* Provide input to site vision for seamless integration of PAS-X into site production, compliance and reporting systems through a multidepartment collaboration.
* Execute tasks assigned during change control process for PAS-X modifications, process improvements and system development while ensuring documentation reflects systems modifications.
Key Job Requirements:
* Degree‑qualified (or equivalent) with experience in pharma or medical device manufacturing
* Hands‑on experience with PAS‑X or other MES systems, specifically:
o MBR design and master data management
o Knowledge of MERP
* Strong understanding of GMP / GxP environments and MES validation/qualification
* Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including:
o Manufacturing and packaging processes
o Cleaning processes
o Process Control Strategies (PCS), CPPs and CQAs
* Proven quality and compliance mindset with strong attention to detail
* Experience working in a structured, methodical way, independently driving tasks to completion
* Familiarity with structured project management methodologies
* Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
