We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage home support services. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to the Home Services Manager and Coordinator, ensuring efficient office operations.
* Respond promptly to home support referrals within set timeframes.
* Coordinate with caregivers to assess availability and schedule care packages accordingly.
* Verify calls accurately and report any non-compliance.
* Process invoices, timesheets, and liaise with finance to ensure accurate payments and billing.
* Provide administrative support (filing, photocopying, typing, staff communications).
* Cover reception duties, answer phone queries promptly, and assist team members.
* Manage daily post distribution.
* Maintain clear, timely communication with caregivers.
* Create and update staff and client files in line with policies.
