About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. This is a senior-level role that requires a strong background in human resources, with a focus on business partnering, talent management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with key stakeholders to build trusted relationships and provide strategic advice on HR-related matters.
* Support line management in forecasting and planning talent acquisition requirements, leveraging workforce planning tools and executing on talent plans.
* Develop strong associate engagement programs to facilitate open communication with leadership, advance the associate value proposition, and educate associates on their contribution to enterprise-wide goals.
* Champion the company's values and culture, ensuring a high-performance team that drives growth and innovation.
Requirements
* Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a US Multinational/Manufacturing environment.
* Proven ability to design and implement HR initiatives that support strategic business aims.
* Strong foundational knowledge of cross-functional disciplines such as compensation, talent acquisition, employee & labour relations, org design, workforce planning, and change management.
