Oxford Global Resources is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team for an 8-week Sales Academy Training Programme at our Cork office, with potential for a full-time Account Manager role after the programme.
What to Expect – Responsibilities
Learn and support our unique Account Management sales process across Oxford's various divisions.
Understand the critical skills clients in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors look for when hiring consultants.
Sell Oxford and our value proposition to critical decision makers within organisations that use our services.
Conduct business-to-business sales using phone calls, emails, text, Salesforce CRM, and LinkedIn.
Network and grow Oxford's relationships within current and new organisations.
Partner with and learn from experienced sales professionals.
