**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Act as the company's representative in all commercial discussions, negotiations, and meetings.
• Provide expert commercial guidance and contract administration support to directors and project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Cash Flow Management:
• Track and manage project cash flow, delivering timely and accurate updates to senior management.
• Monitor project progress, valuations, and site measures to ensure accurate commercial reporting.
Negotiation and Contract Administration:
• Maximize recovery of contractual entitlements through clear communication and robust negotiation.
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate valuations, payment applications, variations, and reconciliations for both main contracts and subcontracts.
Team Development:
• Lead, mentor, and develop commercial staff, driving performance and professional growth.
