Performance Marketing Manager (Social, SEO)
(Fixed Term Contract)
Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid and organic social media, and affiliate marketing.
Drive online visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and a collaborative mindset to elevate our digital presence and performance.
* Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial goals.
* Oversee the creation and optimisation of SEO content, including landing pages, blog posts, and metadata, to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
* Manage and scale paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, and Instagram, including budget management, creative direction, and performance analysis.
* Grow and engage our organic social media presence through strategic content planning and community management.
* Lead affiliate marketing efforts, including partner engagement, campaign planning, and onboarding of new direct affiliates to expand our network.
* Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels, using data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g. Product, Design, Tech) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
* Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Knowledge and Experience:
* 4+ years in a digital marketing role.
* Strong understanding of SEO paid and organic social, and affiliate marketing strategies.
* Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Semrush).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to lead projects independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

* Nice to have:
* Previous experience in the travel or e-commerce sector.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
