Mainline is growing fast and are currently looking to hire a Sites Manager (Stations PIW) to work on exciting multi-disciplinary and ESBN framework projects. Your New Role
You will be part of an experienced project delivery team working on large-scale substation and ESB Framework projects.
Key Responsibilities
* The PIW is the person responsible for assigning work on ESBN Systems to Approved persons.
* Work Packs – preparation and issuing. Premobilisation etc.
* Program - Planning of works/ sequencing/ outage requirements .
* Telemessing – Liaising with the Stations PICW’s (site supervisors) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures as required.
* Work closely with the site management on such duties as maintaining records and files.
* Display a knowledge of the works being undertaken.
* Manage Additional works – fault, scope creep etc.
* Manage site Quality and Environmental issues.
* Have an ability to manage multiple crews in electrical and a civil capacity.
* Ensure the cost effective and on time delivery of all crews.
* Ensure that sites are adequately resourced with materials, equipment and manpower.
* Ensure that the safety file is properly maintained to include quality documentation, sign in sheets etc.
* Ensure that the highest standard of safety is maintained on all sites.
* Ensure that all site CVI’S(variations) are captured and recorded during the works.
* Ensure that regular quality and H&S audits are carried out on site.
Qualifications, Skills, Attributes And Experience
* Qualified electrician
* Supervisory experience essential of 33Kv or higher live substations
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent organisational skills
* Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE or equivalent)
