General function of the role
* Develop / update appraisals as projects develop or if meeting hurdles.
* Establish project hurdles / returns in conjunction with the Managing Director.
* Identify means of improving projects viability.
* Preparing and monitoring project programmes.
* Monitoring of tender process / various project works.
* Preparation of project queries / RFIs
* Attending meetings
* Preparation of project reports .
* General office duties / project work.
* Some travel may be required.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
* Experience in construction or development.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Self starter, ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
* Ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: €50,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
