Job Title: Legal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Healthcare team in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The role requires comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team acting for domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing billing cycles in line with client requirements, liaising with the finance team on invoicing queries
* Supporting client onboarding, preparing engagement letters, and maintaining electronic files
* Drafting and formatting correspondence and legal documentation with accuracy and efficiency
* Coordinating complex travel itineraries and accommodation bookings
* Supporting diary and email management, ensuring proactive follow-up and prioritisation
* Assisting with business development admin and coordinating PowerPoint presentations
* Organising internal and external meetings, including MSTeams and seminar arrangements
* Managing expenses, CPD tracking, and maintaining client relationship data
Requirements:
* At least 6 years of experience in a PA role within a professional services or legal environment, supporting senior-level stakeholders
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with iManage or similar document systems an advantage
* Excellent attention to detail, a calm and organised approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Professional discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
* A positive, adaptable attitude with a team-focused mindset
* A post-Leaving Certificate qualification in secretarial or administrative studies is beneficial, though equivalent experience will be considered
