Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager. This is a full-time permanent role based on-site in Rathkeale.

Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Manager, the role involves overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient stock management, team leadership, and smooth warehouse functionality. Key responsibilities include:
1. Stock Control - Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
2. Order Picking & Dispatch - Coordinating and assisting in the picking, packing, and preparation of stock for delivery.
3. Forklift & PPT Operation - Using forklifts and powered pallet trucks (PPT) to move and organise stock safely and efficiently.
4. Team Leadership - Supervising and motivating warehouse staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring productivity.
5. Health & Safety Compliance - Enforcing safety regulations and best practices within the warehouse environment.
6. Warehouse Organisation - Maintaining a clean, structured, and efficient work space to optimise operations.

Criteria:
13. Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting;
14. Experience using scanning and software systems;
15. Proactive and strong communication skills;
16. Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage time efficiently;
17. Forklift counterbalance and PPT experience is required;
18. Available for evening shifts (11 am - 8 pm or 12 pm - 9 pm).
