Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Belfast
Duration: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience
We are seeking an Administrator to join our client's Belfast office in an Architectural Practice.
Duties:
* General hard and soft filing duties
* Preparation of Microsoft Word and Excel documents
* Generating reports using Excel
* General reception duties including telephone answering, post processing, welcome and hospitality in the afternoon and holiday cover
* Non-technical office administration
* Making staff travel arrangements
You will need:
* Previous experience in Administration
* Professional and clear communication skills
* Great interpersonal skills and the ability to develop excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* A strong level of knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
