The role
E-commerce Development Specialist
CPL Marketing are recruiting for a passionate Ecommerce development professional for a retail organisation based onsite in county Louth.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded ecommerce candidate who understands digital marketplaces, and project management- with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
This is a full-time position based entirely in Co.Louth
Responsibilities
Identify and execute new e-commerce opportunities across international markets
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer behaviour to uncover new commercial opportunities
Research and identify emerging digital marketplaces that support the company’s growth strategy
Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of e-commerce platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance website performance, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates
Drive the expansion of marketplace channels across the UK, Europe, and additional target regions
Plan and coordinate product launches along with promotional campaigns across multiple channels
Produce regular performance reports and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
1+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, online retail or a related field.
Strong commercial awareness and an interest in e-commerce and digital business development
Interest and experience within FMCG, health, beauty or skincare - essential
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with data and performance reporting
Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces or similar systems would be advantageous
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
