Project Manager
A well-established building contractor based in Cavan are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. Operating across Cavan, Monaghan, Meath, Westmeath, and Louth, this contractor delivers a diverse portfolio of high-quality residential, commercial, and fit‑out projects.
Role & Duties
Manage multiple projects or a large single project through all phases
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and design consultants
Monitor programme, cost, quality, and compliance
Maintain strong client relationships
Ensure health & safety standards are upheld at all times
Report progress to senior management
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
Proven track record delivering construction projects successfully
Experience across residential, commercial, or fit‑out sectors is desirable
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
