We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Hybrid Technology Partners provide Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity solutions and Technology Consultancy. We are lead auditors in ISO27001, the Information Security Standard. We are headquartered in Limerick City and service clients nationwide, including Galway and Dublin.

You: You have proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation. You are ambitious and looking to expand your knowledge and experience through exposure to new technologies and business scenarios. You are results oriented and take pride in your work. You are self‑motivated, courteous and an excellent communicator. You know how to work with clients in time‑sensitive situations and keep your focus on the goal. If this sounds like you, then we would really like you on our side.
Duties include

Identify and generate new business leads through research, outreach and follow‑up.
Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals and deliver excellent service.
Provide accurate reporting on lead generation and pipeline progress.

Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Customer service experience with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
Experience in IT services or technology industry highly advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Knowledge of Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity solutions advantageous.

Hours: Permanent, Full time, 09:00 to 17:30, Mon to Fri
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Competitive basic salary plus bonus on leads generated
Additional: Pension contribution, mobile phone and laptop
