Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit a conveyancing solicitor to support our busy East Cork practice.
The successful candidate will work primarily in residential conveyancing, with the opportunity to gain experience across a broader general practice caseload.
The role will include:
Managing conveyancing transactions from initial instructions to completion;
Advising clients clearly and professionally on property, title and transactional matters;
Drafting, reviewing and progressing contracts, deeds, mortgage documentation and related correspondence;
Liaising with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, counsel and other solicitors;
Supporting the firm’s wider general practice workload, including family law, employment law and personal injury matters where appropriate;
Contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
Ideally, at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, particularly in conveyancing;
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload;
Excellent client care and communication skills;
A practical, commercially aware and solutions-focused approach;
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in a progressive East Cork practice.
