We are seeking a
tech-savvy and service-oriented IT Technician Support Specialist
to provide first-line technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of computer systems, software, and network resources. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, helping users, and building a strong foundation in IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Diagnose and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and user issues

• Document support requests, solutions, and system changes
