Job Title: HR Advisor
About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team and provide expert advice on a wide range of HR processes and procedures, including employment law for over 30,000 clients across various sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess strong employment law knowledge, either through studies or working experience. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable, as well as previous experience working in a KPI/target driven environment, ideally in a shared service centre.
Responsibilities:
* Provide reliable and commercially focused HR and employment law advice to clients via phone, email, or call, addressing general to complex queries.
* Participate in an excellent training programme and gain the opportunity to achieve a postgraduate qualification.
* Support all clients with quality advice, providing efficient solutions based on their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
* Strong employment law knowledge through studies or working experience.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace is highly desirable.
* Previous experience working in a KPI/target driven environment is highly desirable, ideally in a shared service centre.
