About the Job: We are seeking an experienced professional to manage operations and provide office support. This role involves coordinating compliance tasks, and supporting local office functions, including HR and administration. You will liaise with both internal teams and external service providers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tax registrations, board meetings, and local compliance.
* Oversee office administration and HR management.
* Rent and MR billing and collection, make sure all payments are collected on time.
* Provide administrative support for board meetings and liaise with directors.
* Assist other departments with reporting to shareholders and headquarters.
* Provide additional support for various functions when required.
* Collect and renew insurance & letter of credit, calculate aircraft rental for new deliveries, aircraft purchase price payments, and deal with day-to-day lessee’s requests.
* Assist with SPV incorporation in Ireland, and to obtain relevant proof documents
Qualifications:
* Strong office administration experience.
* Experience in the aircraft leasing industry preferred.
* An understanding of the aviation industry and leasing frameworks, with prior exposure to tax matters is preferred
