Job Title: Access to Care Advisor
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Access to Care Advisor to provide end-to-end administration support to our hospital's various functions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a patient-centered experience to all patients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional care and satisfaction.
* Manage contractor, visitor, and patient pathways on a daily basis, promoting seamless communication and coordination.
* Track registration processes for internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
* Handle car park inquiries in collaboration with senior management, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing call volumes, voicemails, and messages, as well as ensuring referrals are sent to consultants and followed up on.
This role requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft packages and Hospital Administrative Systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Clinical team, Consultants, Access to Care Team leader, and Manager to ensure smooth admissions and maintain accurate patient records.
