Job Description:
The Client Support Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating scheduling services for clients and caregivers. You will assist with ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our clients. Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Coordinate client/caregiver schedules
* Assign client/carer schedules daily to match with client care plan
* Continuously monitor client activity and update client information using internal rostering software
* E nsure all communication with regards to caregivers/clients/HSE/family members etc is recorded in a timely fashion and saved on internal rostering software
* Monitor and progress unassigned shifts
* Schedule rosters daily and forward plan
Client/Caregiver Service:
* All incoming calls should be answered in a friendly and professional manner
* All received emails should be dealt with efficiently and within an acceptable timeframe to satisfy client/caregiver request
* Deal promptly with shift cancellations, shift time changes and amendments, additional and ad-hoc requests
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers
* F acilitate continued provision of client care supporting interactions between Home Instead staff, family members and HSE
Client/Caregiver Records:
* Maintain and keep up to date accurate client and caregiver records
* Set up accurate schedules on internal rostering software
* Handle all data subject information in accordance with GDPR guidelines and regulations
Caregiver Supervision:
* Coordinate caregiver holidays ensuring that any care plan changes are logged and communicated within set times to clients
* A rrange caregiver holiday or sick leave cover where required
Requirements:
* At least one year scheduling experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* A team player
* Excellent written and spoken English
* One year admin or reception experience
* Available Monday to Friday from 9am-5:30pm
