We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Financial Analyst
to support strategic decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, business insight, and the ability to interpret data into actionable recommendations in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business objectives.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
* Analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.
* Monitor key financial metrics, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
* Support strategic planning, pricing, and investment decisions with data-driven analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational activities.
* Maintain and improve financial models and reporting systems.
* Ensure compliance with accounting principles and corporate policies.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's or CFA preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Familiarity with ERP and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
