The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily support to our Office Manager, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including filing, scanning, and organizing records
* Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records, including monitoring stock levels and processing purchase orders
* Support project teams by coordinating office supplies and equipment needed for field or engineering work
* Handle day-to-day office duties such as answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
