Parts Manager required for our busy Agricultural parts department in our Borris branch.
Responsibilities
To take responsibility for the day-to-day efficient running of our busy Parts department. Managing and motivating the Parts team whilst ensuring that we meet the high standards our customers expect through excellent customer service.
Reporting monthly and annually.
Purchasing from suppliers.
Dealing with key accounts and credit control.
Experience in a similar role would be preferable.
Knowledge of the Agri industry is preferable but not essential.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills. Good leadership skills, setting a clear vision and providing guidance to achieve goals.
Delegation, time management.
Interpersonal skills - building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
Excellent organisational skills ensuring steady workflow and meeting deadlines.
