We're launching an exciting new food concept to the Marina Market in Cork City - a bold flavour packed fast food stall specialising in delicious chicken wings with attitude. We are all about speed, flavour and quality We are looking for a talented, experienced chef to join us on this journey.
The Role:
As one of our experienced chefs, you'll be one of the key players in our kitchen - taking charge of food prep, cooking and maintaining a smooth service flow. You'll be involved in helping up evolve and develop our signature flavours and combinations. This is a hands-on, fast paced role for someone who thrives in a buzzing market environment and takes pride in what they create
Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking high quality chicken wings and side.
Help develop and refine recipes and flavour combos
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
Manage stock levels and prep accordingly
Ensure fast and effective service without compromising food quality
Work in tandem with management to continually improve
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a professional kitchen or something similar
Passion for flavour and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong communication and time management skills
Positive, can-do attitude
