Data Sourcing & Control Analyst - Asset Management Join a specialist life insurance company delivering cross-border investment solutions to clients with complex financial needs across Europe. The Role: You'll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely policy valuations across a range of international markets and products. Working within Asset department, your focus will be on sourcing, verifying, and controlling the quality of investment data used in reporting, compliance, and policyholder valuations. You'll also support a range of regulatory and operational processes, working with various data providers and internal teams to ensure the business meets its obligations and continues to deliver first-class service to its customers. Key Responsibilities: Source and validate pricing data for portfolio bond assets, ensuring timely delivery for weekly, monthly, and quarterly valuation cycles Upload daily data files from external custodians, ensuring accuracy and completeness Review policy valuations and apply data quality controls Apply rebates and ensure accurate classification of assets per internal guidelines Monitor price frequency and ensure compliance with the Stale Price policy Conduct daily asset sanction screening and escalate any potential matches Support regulatory reporting requirements, including PRIIPs, IDD, Solvency II, and GPR flagging Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve queries and provide best-in-class service About You: Degree-qualified in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline Minimum 2 years' experience in Financial Services, ideally in life assurance or investment operations Solid experience in fund accounting, pricing, or valuations Strong working knowledge of investment instruments and data sourcing High level of proficiency in Excel (advanced level preferred) Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly numerate Strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team Self-motivated and confident handling responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment What You'll Get: Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training Supportive and collaborative culture A dynamic, professional working environment Opportunities to build expertise in investment operations and cross-border life insurance Work-life balance and flexibility where possible This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm where you can grow your career in financial services.
