* Assist the Bakewell Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* Support the Bakewell Manager in driving sales growth by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and increase revenue streams.
* Motivate team members through effective communication, empowering them to meet achievable goals while adhering to established standards and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a similar role is preferred;
* Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities;
* Able to work well under pressure within fast-paced environments;
