Job Title:
Social Care Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Administrator to provide administrative support to our team.
* Deliver exceptional administrative services to the Management Team and/or Departmental Functions.
* Support in preparing task briefs for the Team to plan and allocate duties for the day.
* Manage health-related appointments for individuals.
* Update Individual Risk Management Plans in consultation with PIC / Deputy Managers and Key Workers.
* E nsure Key Workers / Support Staff complete the Individual Finance Checklist.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date files.
* Ensure timely completion of team meeting minutes via SharePoint.
* Complete Incident, Accident and Daily Reports on a weekly basis.
* Conduct fire drills as designated.
Requirements:
* Administrative experience is essential.
* Proficiency in IT Skills: MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
* NFQ level 6 or above qualification in healthcare or related discipline.
* Knowledge of social care or a health-related sector.
* Previous experience in a social care setting or a health-related discipline.
