Job Title
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Expert to drive our digital transformation strategy and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital adoption and be able to advise customers on digital products.
About the Role
* Be the digital hero for our customers by helping them with the transition to newer technologies.
* Lead digital transformation by championing our app, website, and other services in our branches and at community events.
* Handle digital support queries, update customer information, and assist with self-service digital devices when needed.
