Chef de Partie Position
Objective: To hire a skilled Chef de Partie who can meet our high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard in the kitchen, adhering to our stringent quality control measures.
* Leadership and Teamwork: Collaborate with senior chefs on daily operations, including ordering, inventory management, and staff training.
* Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain impeccable hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and food areas, identifying and reporting any unsafe or broken equipment to management.
* Leadership and Customer Service: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Work Permit and Qualifications: Valid work permit and minimum qualifications required by law.
