Staff Attorney - Immigration Interview Team (Dublin)
Firm Mission Statement
Our mission is to change as many lives as possible by offering immigration solutions even in the most difficult cases. We look at all possible options to keep our clients in the United States with their families where they belong. We stand ready to fight even when success seems unsure because we understand how much better life can be with the dignity and peace of mind that comes with having documents.
About the role
A crucial part of the immigration application process is often an interview with a USCIS officer. These interviews offer our clients a chance to tell their story and explain why their application should be approved. The staff attorney will prepare our clients for the interview process and help them tell their story persuasively, as well as prepare them for difficult questions. The staff attorney will also attend the interview with the client and be prepared to advocate for and defend our clients. While speaking Spanish is helpful, this position will work with a translator for client preparation and interviews.
No immigration experience is necessary, as we will train this team on relevant case types and strategies for USCIS interviews. The ideal candidate is a creative advocate who enjoys working with clients, is motivated to help them obtain documents, and to stay united with their families. The staff attorney will be part of a regional team covering multiple USCIS offices, with regular travel expected. There is potential for career growth and additional responsibilities based on performance.
