Document Management Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Document Management Lead to oversee and coordinate all document management activities across a major construction project.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of document controllers and administrators in supporting project delivery teams
* Maintain high standards of document organization throughout the project lifecycle
* Coordinate all document control activities, including quality assurance and control processes
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in document control within the construction or engineering industry
* At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
* Proficient in document management platforms such as Asite, Aconex, BIM360 or equivalent
* Strong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulae, linking, and data analysis) and other Office/Google tools
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to train, mentor, and manage a small team
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize under pressure
