Financial Reporting Accountant
The Financial Reporting Accountant will contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements, annual reports, and various internal and external documents.
1. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Perform month-end journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
3. Conduct intercompany account reconciliations, collaborating with global finance teams across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate will also:
* Prepare multi-currency bank reconciliations and support variance analyses.
* Provide financial data and insights to management and other departments as required.
* Support transitions of GL functions into or out of a centralized finance center.
* Collaborate with external auditors on annual audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Up to 5 years' experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment.
* Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is desirable.
