Job Title: HR Business Partner
Are you a motivated and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an HR Business Partner and take on full autonomy across the HR remit.
About the Role:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, devising job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and completing reference checks.
* Assist in implementing and rolling out new HRIS and Time/Attendance Systems.
* Lead on and act as a specialist HR Advisor to managers on employee relations cases, such as conducting disciplinaries and grievances.
* Liaise with the finance department regarding weekly and monthly payroll, including notifying them of new starters, leavers, employees going on maternity or paternity leave.
* Provide specialist HR support to managers and employees on HR queries, including payroll, sickness absence, and holiday entitlement.
* Review and update existing performance management and absence management processes/procedures.
* Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to comply with current employment legislation and business objectives.
* Assist with the rolling out of other new HR company projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR Generalist roles.
* Experience in assisting with system implementation, leading on recruitment, and employee relations cases.
* Skilled in absence management, performance management, and liaising with payroll.
* Preferable to have a CIPD qualification or HR degree.
