Senior Professional Insurance Executive
This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in professional indemnity (PI) insurance and build long-term client relationships. You will work closely with an experienced account director and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of established clients.
About the Role
* SUPPORT THE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR WITH DAY-TO-DAY MANAGEMENT OF AN EXISTING PI PORTFOLIO.
* PREPARE AND PROCESS RENEWALS, MID-TERM ADJUSTMENTS, AND NEW BUSINESS QUOTATIONS.
* Negotiate competitive terms, cover, and pricing with insurers.
* Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Respond promptly to client queries, providing technical guidance and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Finding New Business Opportunities:
1. Create new business opportunities for our existing clients by identifying their needs and developing tailored solutions;(cf.) Assisting With Claims Handling:(Assists us wiith claim handling by following-up on claims through all stages until settled), ensuring timely resolutions that meet both internal quality expectations as well as those set out under applicable law;i.e., provide assistance during audit periods when necessary; maintain record logs detailing every action taken regarding individual case files maintained online within company network - organized according user ID login credentials .Have negotiation skills,i. e keep up-to-date market developments etc';
