Job Title: Lead Technical Architect
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design and validation of complex systems.
About the Role:
This is a key technical contributor role, requiring you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of cutting-edge pharmacy automation technologies.
* Develop system specifications and perform risk assessments (dFMEA)
* Execute verification and validation activities using methodologies such as Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and Agile/Waterfall development models
* Liaise between R&D and Quality/Reliability functions to inform/support functions based on quality procedures
* Support transitioning designs from R&D into manufacturing and provide technical expertise for field troubleshooting and quality assurance initiatives
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provides technical solutions to difficult problems, exercising latitude in determining objectives and methods
2. Contributes to completion of specific programs and projects, developing work plans to reduce concept to design
3. Derives product requirements, owns derivation & test of high-level design system and subsystem specifications
4. Works independently with minimal supervision, applying analytical/scientific principles to fulfill project and business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
* A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in systems engineering, medical device design, robotic system design or similar
* Demonstrated capability with requirement/specification management, systems integration and testing, Failure Modes Effects Analysis, verification & validation, experimental design, data acquisition, graphical analysis and use of statistical methods for large complex data sets
* Experience implementing Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies
