Contract Duration: 06 April 2026 – 04 April 2027Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Project Readiness Lead to manage project readiness activities for large retrofit projects and new production line introductions. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all operational, technical, and material readiness requirements are completed before production begins.This position will work closely with engineering, validation, procurement, and global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of multiple new production lines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Project Readiness deliverables across cross-functional teams for medium to large scale projects involving new or existing equipment.Coordinate closely with the Project Leader/Sponsor to maintain clear communication and alignment.Develop and manage project readiness plans, timelines, and resource requirements.Assist with determining and managing project budgets.Identify potential risks or roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.Work with procurement teams on ancillary equipment and raw material readiness.Ensure readiness of operational elements such as:SAP setupRaw material planningBOMs and SKUsDrive SMEs and stakeholders to ensure all readiness milestones are met before production launch.Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project and FPX.Produce technical documentation, procedures, and reports.Ensure compliance with JJVC Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.Two lines scheduled for PQ in January and July, with three additional lines to follow.Collaboration with global teams including Jacksonville.Strong coordination required with engineering, validation, procurement, and operations teams.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in Project Management within manufacturing or engineering environments.Medical device industry experience strongly preferred.Knowledge of quality processes and regulated environments.Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to drive progress when team members do not directly report to you.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with technical documentation and reporting
