The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and resolving on-site issues. The role requires leadership and communication skills to guide site teams and ensure project objectives are met.QualificationsProven experience in project management, site supervision, and resource allocationKnowledge of construction processes and safety standards, with expertise in renewable energy projectsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProficiency in communication and ability to lead cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with engineering or construction software tools is an advantageBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in site management, preferably in solar or renewable energy projectsProficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Italian or Arabic) are a plus
