We are presently recruiting for a part-time Accounting Technician to support our clients in Tralee, County Kerry.
The role involves maintaining accurate financial records by managing creditors and debtors, processing invoices and payments using SURF Accounts software, supporting budget and report preparation, and providing general administrative assistance to the finance team.
* Maintain precise financial records by efficiently managing accounts receivable and payable transactions
* Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions on time with minimal errors
* Reconcile bank statements regularly to ensure all financial data is up-to-date
Required Skills:
1. Possessing relevant accounting qualifications is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar finance-related role is required.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is essential as well as basic knowledge of SURF software will be considered an advantage.
