The ideal candidate has a degree in Physics/Chemistry/Biological Science or Mechanical/Material/Process Engineering, with 7+ years of experience in GMP environments. Strong project management skills, effective problem-solving methodology, and self-motivation are essential. Familiarity with MS Office suite and statistical techniques is desirable.
