An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior SRE Engineer to join a leading global technology company, well known for delivering secure and innovative digital solutions across industries. This role offers the chance to play a key part in building and maintaining cutting-edge platforms that power millions of transactions worldwide.
As a Senior SRE Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, supporting cross-functional teams to deliver faster, more secure, and more reliable releases.
Daily rate: €500-600. 12-Month Contract. Dublin South | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite).
Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating testing and automation at every stage.
* Manage release activities across environments, including production deployments.
* Design and implement dashboards for monitoring and reporting.
* Drive improvements to development lifecycle automation and environment management.
* Collaborate with teams to identify synergies, enforce best practices, and ensure system reliability.
About You
* Strong background with CI/CD tools such as Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, and Chef.
* Proficiency in Java and Python for automation scripting.
* Experience with performance testing tools, Python Django, scripting, automation, Grafana, p95,p99.
* Cloud expertise, ideally with Pivotal Cloud Foundry or GCP/Azure/AWS.
* Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Domo.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across development, QA, and support teams.
For this position, you need to be based in the Dublin area and hold an EU/UK passport or a Stamp 4.
