This work blends traditional audit with cutting-edge technology and is suited to for graduates who want to work at the intersection of technology, data, and audit. Team members interact regularly with various client contacts from finance directors, IT leads and controllers to investigate issues, present findings and recommend improvements.The work involves:Collaborating with external financial audit teams and when relevant, cybersecurity specialists to agree on an audit approach that is focussed and efficient;Assessing clients' technology systems used to support their financial reporting and the controls they have in place to ensure data integrity and system resilience;Understanding how data is processed and reported, and highlight IT risks and highlight opportunities for improvement to our clients;Assessing IT controls, system configurations, and data accuracy across critical systems and processesResponding to identified risks within IT environment that may impact client financial reporting; andThe application of artificial intelligence platforms to streamline auditing processes and improve efficiency.It's a chance to be at the forefront of NextGen auditing in PwC.Outside of Digital audit, our team helps clients assess risks related to digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud migration, and automation.
